Philippe Model Paris offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition and packaging. We strive to make the process as seamless as the craftsmanship of our footwear to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Access the 'My Orders' section of your account or use the guest return portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn products in their original Philippe Model Paris box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated courier point; once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
